IHP advocates for employers to include international graduates in their talent acquisition strategies.

We offer trainings for Higher Ed faculty and staff on best practices for international student & scholar support, and our staff travel to campuses across the region to present to students at orientations and career events.

We welcome international students and scholars from across Greater Philadelphia to attend our events & meetups and become part of the IHP community.
