Welcome to the
PA Global Talent Collaborative

A cross-sector exploration of the role of global talent in driving economic growth across the Commonwealth.

As Pennsylvania reckons with workforce and demographic challenges, the PA Global Talent Collaborative brings leaders together to ask - and act on - big questions:

How does PA live up to its potential as a global destination to live, learn, innovate, and do business?

How can we better leverage existing flows of global talent to drive economic growth across the Commonwealth?
